The rooms were dirty and infested with flies. The mattresses were old and uncomfortable, with visible springs. There were no curtains on the windows, and we found rubbish under the beds. The garden was overgrown with brambles, making it unsuitable for children or anyone for that matter. Despite complaining to the owner, there was no response or effort to resolve the issues. com's customer service also failed to provide any assistance. We paid an exorbitant price of £300 for one night, expecting better quality beds and cleanliness. I strongly advise avoiding this place.

Cottage Hill was the perfect little stop off for seeing Ed Sheeran in Cardiff! It was comfortable, clean and cute! This was really helpful and made everything perfect for us! The place is decorated really nice and gives you a homely feel when staying. Thank you for a great stay! If we come your way again we will definitely stay again.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the accommodation provided easy access to a range of nearby attractions, just a short drive away. This allowed guests to explore the surrounding area conveniently. Additionally, the cottage had excellent WiFi, ensuring guests could stay connected during their stay.
The customer service at the accommodation was extremely disappointing. Guests reported difficulties in reaching out to the management, and their queries were left unanswered.

The accommodations were spacious and warm, providing a comfortable stay. the TV and internet worked well, ensuring entertainment and connectivity. the location of the property was convenient for Cardiff, making it accessible for exploring the city. the bathroom was nice, although there was a large step down into it, which could be a bit problematic at night. Despite its flaws, the property was clean and tidy, making it suitable for families or groups of friends.
The parking situation was not ideal, as it was first come first served with no allocated spaces available.
